Xiaomi currently working on four phones with 108MP Samsung primary rear camera

This year seems to be promising and amazing when it come to Android development and mobile device.
Some of the best mobile phone cameras of the year thus far include sensors ranging anywhere from 8 to 48MP. Funny enough we are expected to start seeing mobile phones with 108MP sensors. We are expecting to see this from Xiaomi in the nearest future ‘XDA Developers‘.

Xiaomi is currently working on four new devices codenamed “tucana,” “draco,” “umi,” and “cmi” that will likely contain 108MP cameras. The included sensors will probably be the new Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX sensors. Expected to be the first mobile camera sensor to exceed 100MP in collaboration with Samsung.

Samsung says the sensor can absorb more light in low-light settings than smaller sensors. All thanks to its pixel-merging Tetracell technology. The sensor imitates big-pixel sensors and produces brighter 27MP images so far.
Xiaomi’s MIUI Mi Gallery app is also adding support for viewing 108MP photos in full resolution. This feature is being added specifically to the four working  devices “tucana,” “draco,” “umi,” and “cmi”.
In addition, XDA in its report states that they “believe” the Mi Mix 4 isn’t among the four phones in development. Though, the Mi Mix 4 has previously been rumoured to sport a 108MP camera sensor with Snapdragon 855+ at the helm. We also don’t know at this point whether these four phones will be added to Xiaomi’s Mi range or Redmi lineup.

So far, no official news from Xiaomi or Samsung about Xiaomi’s future devices containing the sensors as claimed, all evidence points to this being the case. In early August, Samsung said it was close to mass-producing the sensor, so hopefully, we should be expecting to see devices with 108MP camera sensors launch sooner than later.
I believe its going to be a mind blowing device👌
