How to fix whatsapp video and voice call not connecting

I remembered always trying to call a friend and never connecting, I became so worried and bothered and thought of all possible reasons. Before making use of whatsapp video/Voice call feature, you should be sure of available main data and not whatsapp data subscription.
Also ensure the receiver have an active data subscription to ensure a successful connection while making video or voice calls on whatsapp. 

Meaning, any user on whatsapp subscription can not receive or make either whatsapp video or voice call.
