1. CHECK AUTO – ROTATE SETTINGS

Alternatively you can also navigate settings >Display > Advanced and check if the ‘Auto -rotate screen’ option is enabled. 7.UPDATE YOUR ANDRIOD
Phone’s manufacturers constantly push out software updates to fix any known glitches or bugs in the software.
