800 questions each was asked by the research team to the leading digital assistants ⚪ Google Assistant,⚪Siri⚪and Alexa⚪.
The highest ranked was Google’s performance in the Commerce category. It correctly answered 92% vs Siri at 68%, and Alexa at 71%.
Common knowledge suggests that Alexa would be best-preferred for commerce questions. It was further observed that Google Assistant correctly answered more questions about product and service information and where to actually purchase certain items.
