TikTok is the most popular Android app out there, according to the report made by the Sensor Tower. A report was released by the company for April 2021 which includes worldwide information when it comes to apps.
The report by Sensor Tower includes the overall download for both Android and iOS apps.
The interesting thing is that TikTok is number one in the App store and overall downloads categories. However, when it comes to Google Play downloads alone, Facebook is at the top, followed by Instagram. Snapchat was able to grab the fourth position on the list and is followed by two Facebook apps which are WhatsApp and Messenger.
The seventh place is Zoom and Telegram is right behind it. Google Meet surprisingly rates even higher, as it’s ninth-placed and is followed by Hotstar app.
More than 59 million downloads of TikTok has been made in April 2021. While that of Facebook is 53 million, which is not that far behind.
