Breaking: Gmail app has gotten to over 10 billion Downloads on Android

Gmail app has gotten to over 10 billion Downloads on Android.

Gmail has been in the game for a very long time and has lot of users.

How long have a lot of folks had Gmail addresses? Longer than then can remember? Longer than when you first had a Smartphone? At this point, Google’s free email service is equivalent to an internet institution. After Carrying out some investigation to see how it will continue to upgrade in the next 20 years, we have seen the Gmail Android app hit an outstanding milestone, as the Play Store has rank up 10 billion installs.

With permission, Gmail already comes reinstalled automatically on a lot of Android devices, but that is not enough reason to look past this huge accomplishment. Gmail is the most recent in a string of core Google apps that have crossed the 10B threshold already, this began with Play services and was later followed up by YouTube and later Goggle Maps as well. Together with the Gmail app now, these are the only four Android apps to have ever had massive downloads.

Which other App is going to be the next Android app to climb the 10 billion copies installed? The Goggle Search app obviously stands a better chance, together with Chrome. It’s obviously safe to add that Facebook might be the first non-Google app to join the trend. The question is will it go ahead of the Goggle Apps. Time will truly tell.

  1. Congratulations 🎊 👏🏾 👏🏾 to Google on this massive achievement. It’s worthy of celebrations. With this, as time goes on, governments won’t need wasting money on Census. They’ll just use some of these Apps to ascertain the exact total number of people living in a country. I know this will still take time. But, it’s going to be a part of the future of Technological advancement.
